Acid Phosphatase antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.
Provided lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, and 0.01% NaN3 as a preservative.
Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
