RhoA is a small GTPase protein of the Rho family. The Rho family acts as molecular swithces and regulators of processes such as cell migration, proliferation and differentiation. RhoA specifically regulates actomyosin contractility, cytokinesis, focal adhesion assembly and cell polarity.
