A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-718 was sufficient for detection of FNIP1 in 15 µg of mouse kidney cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Cytoplasm
Strong expression is found in the heart, liver placenta, muscle, nasal mucosa, salivary gland and uvula and moderate expression in kidney and lung. Higher levels detected in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and chromophobe RCC than in normal kidney tissue.
