Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.
Provided as a liquid in 20 mM Potassium Phosphate, 150 mM Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), with 0.01% NaN3 as a preservative.
Store at 4 deg C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 deg C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
